Dear Wuhan TJMC Oversea Alumni,
As we are entering year 2011, I am excited the opportunity to serve as the 2010 President of TJMCOAA.
First, I sincerely wish you and your family a very happy New Year!
I would like to start this message by thanking Henry Liu for his distinguished service of the 2010 presidency as summarized in his end of year report. Likewise, I warmly congratulate and welcome all the elected new leaders and members, and look forward to working with you, and supporting your contribution and inspiration.
It is the constant enthusiasm, dedication, and efforts of all the past presidents, board members, and all the TJMC alumni that have made our TJMCOAA a wonderful home, source, and bridge to our better life and better communication and contribution to our mother school-TJMC. I feel lucky to be able to serve as the president of this organization for 2011 term, as many of you, especially Henry, our immediate past president, have done so much to raise the standard of this organization in many aspects. At the same time, I feel challenging and nervous on how I could work with you all to further move TJMCOAA to a higher level and make TJMCOAA better serve our alumni, a core value of this organization.
Meanwhile, I am communicating with many of you and working on my 2011 working plan. We may expect slight changes of TJMCOAA administration by inviting and encouraging younger members to serve and participate. Before this process can be finished, I would appreciate all the currently assigned administrators remain their duties, so we can have a smooth transition.
Also, I would encourage all alumni and board members, who may have suggestions or interests in serving TJMCOAA with me for 2011, to contact me directly soon. So, your valuable input can be included in our this year's working plan.
I look forward to working with you all for a very fruitful 2011 of our TJMCOAA.
Sincerely,
Ke-Qin Hu
2011 President, TJMCOAA
